At GlassHouse, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture built on integrity, transparency, and accountability.

The Ethics Reporting Line has been established to enable our employees to safely and confidentially report situations they believe may be inconsistent with ethical principles, company policies, or applicable laws and regulations.

Our Principles

Confidentiality

All reports are handled in accordance with the principle of confidentiality. The identity of the reporting individual will not be disclosed unless necessary and will not be made accessible to unauthorized persons.

Anonymous Reporting

Employees may choose to submit reports without disclosing their identity. Reports submitted anonymously are reviewed with the same level of care and attention.

Protection Against Retaliation

No employee who submits a report in good faith shall be subjected to retaliation as a result of making such a report.

Impartial Assessment

All reports are subject to an independent, objective, and fair assessment process.

Examples of Reportable Matters

The Ethics Reporting Mechanism may be used to report situations that may constitute a violation of ethical principles or company policies, including but not limited to:

• Corruption and bribery
• Improper financial transactions
• Conflicts of interest
• Harassment, discrimination, and workplace bullying (mobbing)
• Data security breaches
• Occupational health and safety violations
• Misuse of company assets
• Conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations, or company policies
• Other ethical violations
   

Scope

At this stage, the Ethics Reporting Line is intended solely for the use of GlassHouse employees. Information regarding the reporting channels and submission process is communicated to our employees through internal company communication channels.
