GlassHouse Cloud IaaS is hosted in our high-availability data centers in Turkey and is compliant with local laws. We securely store your data in compliance with local laws, including the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Additionally, we ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations, particularly those applicable to banks and other financial institutions.

We provide a web-based customer interface (GlassHouse Operations System) that enables you to transparently monitor your current capacity utilization, service scope, contract details, and unit costs. Through the portal, you can benefit from operational visibility and reporting capabilities. However, a fully self-service management layer—where resources can be provisioned directly by end users—is not currently included within the scope of the service.
In our IaaS offerings, 24/7 infrastructure monitoring and a 7-day backup layer are provided as standard components to ensure infrastructure continuity and data security, and these elements cannot be removed from the service scope. Beyond that, additional managed services—such as Operating System Management (Managed OS), Security as a Service, and database management—can be included upon request.
Yes. Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7 to proactively manage platform availability, performance, and capacity. In critical situations, automated alert mechanisms are triggered, enabling our operations teams to respond immediately.
Yes. As part of our IaaS offerings, a standard minimum 7-day backup retention policy is applied across all environments to ensure business continuity and data integrity. Upon request, longer retention policies and more advanced recovery scenarios can also be enabled.
Once we begin working together, a dedicated Project Manager is assigned to you and acts as your primary point of contact throughout the entire engagement. In addition, we share a communication guide that includes the contact details of the technical team members you may need to reach, depending on the scope of your services.
When support is required, you can open a support case through our website or contact your Project Manager directly via phone or email. This structure ensures that all your support and operational processes are managed from a single point, quickly and efficiently.
Yes. The operational management of our IaaS services is carried out in alignment with ITIL-compliant processes. Core ITSM disciplines such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management are fully defined, auditable, and executed with a continuous improvement mindset. Service performance, SLA tracking, and security controls are regularly reported to ensure the sustainability of service quality.
Our entire IaaS infrastructure is hosted within Turkey, across data centers located in Istanbul and Ankara. Services are delivered in Tier-compliant facilities that provide high physical and cybersecurity standards, as well as redundant power and network architectures. This ensures full compliance with local regulations (such as BDDK and TCMB) and guarantees service continuity.
