Technologies such as AI, data analytics, and edge computing are shortening the lifecycle of hardware. A server purchased today may no longer meet your requirements two years from now. Our On Premise Cloud (OPC) solution, developed in partnership with Dell Technologies, provides organizations with access to the latest Dell infrastructure—without the need for upfront capital investment.

This solution enables organizations to benefit from the advantages of cloud infrastructure within their own facilities, under their own control. Your data remains on-premises. Through a monthly subscription model, you can use the latest Dell technologies without investing in hardware. Features such as scalability, rapid deployment, warranty, and support services define the “cloud-like” nature of this model.
The infrastructure is physically deployed in your data center. The solution covers hardware only. Physical servers, storage systems, in-rack network infrastructure, and all related support processes (warranty, failure tracking, spare parts, replacements, etc.) are our responsibility.
Operating system management, virtualization platforms, SAP BASIS, database administration, or application-layer support are not included in this model but can be provided under a separate “Managed Services” engagement.

Yes. This model ensures 100% data sovereignty for organizations. The OPC environment is deployed entirely within the customer’s data center. In Turkey, regulations such as KVKK, BDDK, and SPK impose strict compliance requirements—particularly for cloud services. OPC ensures that data never leaves the country, remains physically accessible, and all access logs can be recorded and audited.

The financing model is based entirely on a fixed monthly fee. This fee includes: hardware and initial deployment, warranty and standard support services, and monitoring/health-tracking systems.
It is a transparent and predictable model. Unless additional capacity is required, the fee does not change. This provides organizations with significant financial predictability.

We operate a nationwide 24/7 Operations Center (NOC – Network Operations Center). You can open a support request through a single phone number or system, and our NOC manages the entire process centrally. When required, we dispatch field engineers—there is no dependency on overseas ticket escalation.
Since the hardware is Dell, we also leverage Dell’s guaranteed onsite support mechanisms within Turkey. With a single point of contact, you can manage hardware, support, and operational processes end-to-end.

The PowerEdge server family includes specialized configurations equipped with high-performance NVIDIA GPUs, optimized for generative AI, computer vision (CV), big data analytics, and similar workloads. With GlassHouse, these AI-ready infrastructures can be used through a monthly OPEX model—without any upfront investment.

No, the hardware is not transferred to the customer. This is intentional: by the end of the rental period, the equipment has typically reached the end of its technological lifecycle, with rising maintenance costs and a need for replacement.
We eliminate the burden of depreciation, maintenance, disposal, and second-hand value concerns. In today’s market, organizations prioritize access over ownership, ensuring they always operate with the most up-to-date technology—similar to a vehicle leasing model.

The core rental model includes physical hardware, installation, warranty, and basic monitoring. Operating system management, database administration, SAP BASIS, or application-layer services can be provided upon request.
This allows organizations to receive only the level of operational support they need. You may manage the environment internally or rely on GlassHouse Managed Services—full flexibility is provided.

Yes. As a Dell Technologies Titanium Partner, we manage procurement processes quickly and with priority access.

Yes. However, at minimum, we recommend basic monitoring to ensure essential hardware health checks and status tracking.

Both scenarios are possible. Since the infrastructure is fully under the customer’s control, operational management is flexible and can be assigned to any preferred partner.

No. The OPC solution is delivered as a fully integrated service built exclusively on Dell infrastructure.

OEM licenses bundled with Dell equipment can be included in the monthly fee. However, other software licenses are billed as CAPEX (capital expenditure).
