GlassHouse Web Application Firewall as a Service (WAFaaS) is a web application firewall service that checks data packets within applications, protecting web servers and hosted web applications against HTTPS attacks at the application layer. The service is fully managed and operated by GlassHouse.
Unlike traditional firewall solutions, it also provides security barriers between external users and web applications by controlling web (http, https, and similar) traffic. GlassHouse WAFaaS can proactively detect various attacks such as bots, SQL injections, XSS, and DDoS, and provides advanced security features with security reactive measures such as static signatures to combat these threats effectively.
With GlassHouse WAF as a Service, you can secure critical web applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), and web servers against zero-day threats and other application layer attacks.
